Cartridge: scratches and scuffing, some heavy, throughout, particularly noticeable on the front right panel of the cartridge.
Front Label: label is in fair condition. Some deep indents and scratches. Some loss on top left corner and above Official Nintendo Seal. Dings along the bottom edge.
Rear Label: label is in fair shape with "22" production stamp. Deep indents and scratches on the label.
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
