Return & Refund Policy
BerblyToys.com offers no-hassle returns for 30 days of receipt of your order. If 30 days have passed since your receipt of the item(s), we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For items that were damaged upon your receipt, an insurance case will be filed with the carrier.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Special circumstances of an item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Berbly Toys, Inc. is not responsible for bank/credit card delays. Please check with your bank or credit card company if you do not see your refund within 5 days of our confirmation email.
Sale items (if applicable)
Certain sale items will be marked in the description as non-refundable. If that is the case, the customer assumes all responsibility.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@berblytoys.com turn set up the exchange process.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the error falls on Berbly Toys, Inc. If a failure occurred on our part, we will issue a shipping label free of charge sent to you via email. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50 back to us, a trackable shipping service is required. Berbly Toys, Inc. cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if no tracking number is passed onto us.
