Original Dr. Mario 64 for Nintendo 64 - released 2001 - Game cartridge, game manual, and box included. Region: NTSC-U/C (US/Canada) You will receive the items pictured so please be sure to review the pictures carefully. Note: The game, box, and manual are authentic, but were purchased in separate lots. 

Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the rear of the cartridge. 
Front Label: label is in good condition. Some deep indents and scratches. Minor ding under the "E" for Everyone logo. Some discoloration around Official Nintendo seal.
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "20" production stamp. Some deep indents and scratches on the label.
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
Booklet: Complete and free of marks/writing. Creasing along the bind and heavier creases on rear page. 
Game Box: Acceptable condition. Heavy creases and tears throughout but intact. Some adhesive present on front panel above Dr. Mario's head.
