Condition
Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout some fairly heavy. Scratches particularly noticeable on the rear of the cartridge and left side of front panel. 
Front Label: label is in fair condition. Large scratch causing some loss running vertically affecting Official Nintendo Seal. Some deep indents and ding along the top edge.
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "19" production stamp. Some deep indents and scratches on the label.
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
