Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the front right panel of the cartridge. 
Front Label: label is in great condition. Some deep indents and scratches. 
Rear Label: label is in great shape with "09" production stamp. Some deep indents and scratches on the label.
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
