Condition
Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the rear of the cartridge. Small nick on near the spine of the cartridge above the "G" of Extreme-G.
Front Label: label is in good condition. Some deep indents and scratches. Minor loss on top left corner. 
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "19" production stamp. Some deep indents and scratches on the label.
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
