Condition
Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the rear of the cartridge.  
Front Label: shows aging and wear. Deep indents on the label. Scratches throughout. Discoloration above "E for Everyone". Dings on corners. Marker near Gex's left hand running upwards.
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "22" production stamp. Some deep indents on the label. Minor loss near bottom right corner.
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
