Condition
Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout particularly noticeable on the rear and spine. 
Front Label: shows minor aging and wear. Some deep indents. 
Rear Label: some deep indents and minor creasing. "09" production stamp. 
Game: tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
Booklet: in good shape with some minor creasing, see top right corner. Light residue on back cover. No tears.
