Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout. Some discoloration, especially on the rear. 
Labels: shows aging and wear. Some deep indents on the front label and scuffed near edges. "00" manufacturing stamp imprint on rear label. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, it may require a few attempts to boot up.
