Original NFL Blitz game and booklet for Nintendo 64 - released 1997 - Game Cartridge and Booklet Only! Region: NTSC-U/C (US/Canada) You will receive the items pictured so please be sure to review the pictures carefully. 

Condition
Cartridge: scratches and scuffing, some heavy, throughout particularly noticeable on the rear panel. Small nick on the spine.
Front Label: shows aging and wear. Some deep indents on the label. Some discoloration. 
Rear Label: label is in fair shape with "19" production stamp. Some deep indents and scratches on the label. Some loss near the center. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
Manual: in fair shape with creasing, some heavy, especially on the front page. Some creasing on the inner pages. Both staples are intact and manual is complete. Manual will be shipped in a Polypropylene Sleeve which is PVC free - similar to the sleeves used to store comic books.
