Cartridge: scratches and scuffing, some heavy, throughout especially noticeable on the rear. 
Front Label: label is in fair condition. Deep indents and scratches. Minor loss and dings along the bottom of the label. Discoloration present on Official Nintendo Seal.
Rear Label: label is in fair shape with "19" production stamp. Some deep indents and scratches on the label. Minor loss on the left vertical of the label.
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
