Condition
Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the rear of the cartridge. Dings and heavy scratches on spine - see above "O" in "Rocket". Some discoloration. 
Front Label: shows aging and wear. Deep indents on the label and scratches. Loss present near "K" and on the "T" of "Rocket".  
Rear Label: "19" production stamp. Deep indents on the label. Several spots of loss and rips near the center of the label.  
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
