Cartridge: scratches and scuffing, especially noticeable on the front left edge and rear of the cartridge.
Front Label: shows aging and wear. Deep indents on the label. 
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "22" production stamp. Dark marker residue on the center of the label. Some deep indents on the label. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, it may require a few attempts to boot up.
