Front Label: shows aging and wear. Some deep indents on the label. Loss present near Nintendo Seal of Quality.
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "20" production stamp. Deep indents on the label and small nick on the top right corner. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
