Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the rear of the cartridge. 
Front Label: label is in acceptable condition. Loss present above Pokemon logo and Nintendo Seal. Some deep indents and scratches. Minor ding under the Official Nintendo Seal.
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "22" production stamp. Some deep indents and scratches on the label. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
