Original Super Mario 64 game and booklet for Nintendo 64 - released 1996 - Game Cartridge and Manual Only! Region: NTSC-U/C (US/Canada) You will receive the items pictured so please be sure to review the pictures carefully. 

Condition
Cartridge: scratches and scuffing present throughout particularly noticeable on the rear panel. Ding on the rear panel on the bottom left corner.
Front Label: shows aging and wear. Some deep indents on the label. Small ding above the "R" in "Super". Minor discoloration above the official Nintendo seal. 
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "19" production stamp. Some deep indents and scratches on the label. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
Manual: in good shape with creasing throughout. Most of the creasing is along the bind. Some discoloration/loss on the front and rear pages. Some creasing on the inner pages. Both staples are intact and manual is complete. Manual will be shipped in a Polypropylene Sleeve which is PVC free - similar to the sleeves used to store comic books.
