Condition
Cartridge: scratches and scuffing, some heavy, throughout especially noticeable on the rear. Yellowing/discoloration on the spine of the cartridge - see pictures #11 & #12
Front Label: label is in good condition. Some deep indents and scratches. Minor loss on the bottom center area.
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "09B" production stamp. Some deep indents and scratches on the label. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
