Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the back of the cartridge and spine. 
Front Label: shows minor aging and wear. Some deep indents on the label.
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "12" production stamp. Some deep indents on the label. Small tear on the top right corner near "NUS-USA".
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
