Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the rear panel and spine of the cartridge.
Front Label: label is in good condition and with discoloration and some dings on the corners, especially to the left of the Official Nintendo Seal. Deep indents and scratches present. 
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "09" production stamp. Deep indents and scratches on the label. Minor ding on the left edge corner.
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
Note: The game has been thoroughly cleaned but some of the pins have minor rusting and spots. Please review the pictures of the board.
