Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout particularly noticeable on the rear and spine. 
Front Label: shows aging and wear. Deep scratches and indents throughout. Discoloration of "Official Nintendo" seal and "Player's Choice" seal. Large scratch on Mario's face. 
Rear Label: Deep indents throughout label with "08" production stamp. Discoloration and minor yellowing throughout.  
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
