Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the rear and spine of the cartridge.  
Front Label: shows aging and wear. Deep indents on the label. Minor scratches throughout. Small nick on the bottom edge and top right corner. 
Rear Label: label is in good shape with "41" production stamp. Some deep indents on the label. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
