Namco Museum 64 includes the following games: Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Galaxian, Pole Position and Dig-Dug.

Condition
Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the back of the cartridge.
Front Label: shows aging and wear. Ms. Pac-Man has a large amount of loss on her face, see second picture. Some deep indents on the label and minor scratches.  
Rear Label: "19" production stamp. Deep indents on the label. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
