Cartridge: scratches and scuffing throughout, particularly noticeable on the rear of the cartridge.  
Front Label: shows aging and wear. Deep indents on the label. Minor scratches throughout. Some yellowing/discoloration spots near left of title (see balloons and left of Timber (Tiger character))
Rear Label: label is in great shape with "00" production stamp. Some deep indents on the label. 
Game: Tested and working. Like all N64 games, the game may require a few attempts to boot up.
